Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Educational Assistant position will:

  • Have experience working with students, preferably at the elementary level.
  • Have a heart for supporting students in both their academic and spiritual growth.
  • Be familiar with classroom management techniques and assistive learning strategies.
  • Have strong communication skills and be a team player in a collaborative environment.
  • Be an active, church-attending Christian committed to the principles of Christian education.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to actively participate in the school's extracurricular programs and school life.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Google Workspace, including Google Classroom.
