Here are a few things to note about the PJGA hot lunch program, including some exciting updates to our offerings:
- Please remember that even if you have ordered from the system before, the entire system is cleared at the end of each year. Each family must create a new account for their child or children. TIP: Head to the website and create your account now to ensure that you receive all email updates about the hot lunch program and are ready for the first order set! Use PJGA Access Code: NCEHL
- Please ensure you have the CORRECT teacher/classroom on each child's profile. This will help avoid confusion while distributing orders on Fridays.
- There will be a new ordering window every two months (i.e., the first ordering window will be for Sep/Oct, the next for Nov/Dec and so on).
- IMPORTANT: Once the ordering window is closed, it WILL NOT be reopened. Our team sets a big ordering window and sends out multiple reminder emails to help you remember to order for your children; however, once the window is closed, it will remain closed for the corresponding two-month period.
- If you are interested in volunteering for hot lunch, you must come to a training session! Please email Kathleen Wall, kf.wall@outlook.com, to express interest and chat about the next steps.
Payments can be made online by E-transfer to Pac.Hotlunch@gaglardiacademy.ca or by cheque made payable to NCES PAC. Cheque or cash payments must be made directly to the school office by the stated deadlines to ensure your child receives their hot lunch. (Also, please make sure the total amount includes the GST.)
