Tanzania Bound!

Hello, school community!

It's been three years since we've been able to send a team to partner with Juma's World and make a difference in the lives of families and communities in the area of Tabora, Tanzania, so we are very excited to announce that the Grade 12 class is preparing for a missions trip to Tanzania in May 2023! Over the next few months, we will be fundraising to help with the costs of the trip, and there are a number of ways you can be involved.

Bottle Drive - This is an ongoing fundraiser. Please drop off your bags and boxes of bottles and cans at the school in the undercover area during morning and afternoon drop-off/pick-up sessions. If you'd like to take your bottles directly to the Comox Return-It Center, please make your donation to account #321. 

Fall Work Days - Need help with yard or house work? Our students are eager to assist you in exchange for a donation! Contact Mrs Tansky to book a work crew: joy@gaglardiacademy.ca

Mark your calendars! On Friday, December 2, you can get some Christmas shopping done while we look after your kids; it's movie night at Gaglardi Academy! Details to come...
