Senior boys finish third at North Islands!

The Senior Boys basketball team played in the North Island A tournament last weekend from Feb. 7-8. In the first round, they lost in a nailbiter to Maaqtusiis School but the team rallied back in the second game to beat North Island Secondary School. They then went on to handily beat Gold River by over 30 points and thereby finishing in 3rd place in the North Island tournament. 

The team has qualified for the Islands on February 20-21. The first game will be against Duncan Christian school. Gaglardi has suffered only one loss to Duncan during the regular season so it should be an exciting game. If you can, come out and cheer the team on!
