Letter to parents: tuition info for next year

Dear Families,

The School Board recently approved our Parent Tuition Schedule for the 2021-22 school year.

Last year, the Board approved a zero tuition increase for the 2020-21 school year even though wages and real costs increased about 2.5%. While the Board continues to be sensitive to the financial ramifications of COVID-19 on our parent community, with continued rising wages and fixed costs expected in 2021-22, we must implement a tuition increase for the 2021-22 school year.

The School and the Board work purposefully to provide Christian education at an affordable price with the highest quality of education, enrichment opportunities, sports, music, and extra-curricular activities as possible for your children. As mentioned in previous emails, educational wages and supplies make up 82% of the School's operating budget each year. To attract excellent teachers and educational staff, wage parity between public and private systems is crucial.

Sixty (60%) percent of our families should expect to see a tuition increase between $21.78 - $27.59 per month if you're on a 12-month program.
