1. Leadership & Mission Updates

Important Update by Evan Allnutt:
- High School Principal Han Bae will not be returning next year.
- A hopeful message of transition and school growth was shared as we bid farewell to our retiring director. Our leadership team will now receive more support from the board.
- A prayer was offered for the high school, Han, and the continued growth of our school community.
- The new mission statement was unveiled:
“To lead students to understand and experience the wonders of God's saving grace, the love of Jesus, and the empowering of the Holy Spirit through education, athletics, the arts, mentorship, and opportunity.”
- Emphasis was placed on our fundamental commitment to the discipleship of students through education, athletics, the arts, mentorship, and various opportunities.
2. Technology Policy & Guidelines

Presentation by Mr. Bobyk:
- An overview of the new technology policy and its purpose was provided, highlighting the role of parents and the school in creating a safe digital environment.
- Introduction of Securly, our web filtering platform, which will help monitor, filter, block, and control laptop usage during class to ensure proper technology use.
- Parents were invited to donate their child’s laptop to support further program implementation—more details and schedules will be announced in the spring.
- The initiative is aimed at ensuring technology remains an enhancing tool in education rather than a source of passive consumption.
3. Registration & Tuition Updates

Update by Mrs. Mulgrew:
- Transition from re-registration to continuous registration: Families will now complete new paperwork this year and in the future, with only a notification required if a student is not returning.
- Updates on tuition fees were shared; thanks to the board’s strategic planning, tuition has only increased by 3% (in contrast to other schools with increases up to 10%).
- New details were provided regarding sports fees and student fees.
- Once continuous enrollment is complete, the non-refundable tuition deposit will be automatically withdrawn on May 15th unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- Further details will be posted on the school website once we return from spring break.
4. Mayfair Fundraising Fair Announcement

Introduction by Amanda Borkowski (PAC President):
- The Mayfair Fundraising Fair is scheduled for May 30th.
- Volunteers are needed to help with various activities including bouncy castles, a foam pit, and a petting zoo.
- This event is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our school and share Christ’s love with the entire community.

5. Elementary School & Facility Enhancements

Update by Mrs. Nel (Elementary Principal):
- Exciting news: The preschool will be relocated into our school starting this fall, taking over the current kindergarten room.
- Announcements were made regarding the build-out of our library learning commons, media room, maker space, and enhanced K-12 resources – truly the heart of learning for our school.
6. Community Engagement & Future Projects

Further Announcements by Mr. Bobyk:
- Launched new community pages on our school website featuring sections for Alumni, Corporate Support, Campus Development, Annual Events, Donations, and Prayers for PJGA.
- Provided an update on the construction of our new high school modular complex, set to begin this spring break.
- Families were invited to contribute to building the future of our school through volunteering, donating, prayer, or simply being an active part of the community—tying directly back to our new mission statement.
- The golden shovel was unveiled, and Mrs. Mulgrew was invited on stage as a nod to her role in keeping the facility running.
7. Break & Groundbreaking Ceremony
- After a brief 10-minute break, everyone—parents, teachers, students, and staff—gathered at the back of the property where the new high school modular is being constructed.
- Special thanks were extended to Lacasse Construction for their continued hard work and vital contributions to our projects.
- Mrs. Nel led a prayer blessing for Lacasse, the school, and the project.
- The golden shovel was awarded to Mrs. Bernadette Pitcher, our school director, to officially break ground on the new project.
8. Conclusion & Spring Break Wishes
- The event concluded with delicious hot dogs provided by our amazing PAC community.
- We close with a warm invitation to have a blessed spring break.
