Yes. There are 10-month and 12-month payment plans available. Families on a monthly payment plan must subscribe to pre-authorized payments. Those details will be in your registration package.

Yes. Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy adheres to the BC curriculum and follows the requirements of learning from Kindergarten through to grade 12, ensuring that your child is offered a proper education. All content is taught from a Biblical perspective and Bible courses and chapel attendance is mandatory for all students.

Gaglardi Academy currently has two buses that service the entire Comox Valley. Ridership registration is subject to the ability to incorporate your location into our existing bus routes. More information, including a fee schedule, is available at the following link.

Absolutely. Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy is open for applicants regardless of their faith or religion. Please remember that our education is Christ-centred and that your child must participate in Bible classes and chapel sessions. There is a code of conduct that parents and students must read and adhere to. You may read it in the Health and Safety section our policy manual plus it will also be in your application package if you plan to apply.

No. We are a multi-denominational school comprised of families who go to different churches, as well as families who do not attend church. We teach directly from the Bible and do not favour one denomination over another.

Yes. Bible classes are mandatory for all students in Gr. K-12. Students are also expected to be present and participate in weekly chapel sessions and daily class devotions.

At Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy, we do our best to meet each student’s needs. If your child has had past assistance with learning or behavioural needs, you will have a chance to let us know in your admission application. From there, we will be able to assess how much help we can provide. We have a learning resource room for students who need extra academic help.

Yes. All of the teachers and educational assistants on staff are certified and able to educate the students. The majority of our teaching staff come with multiple degrees, years of education experience, and various accomplishments.

At Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy, we make it a priority to give students opportunities to exercise their gifts and interests. We have different clubs that include sports teams, drama, music, yearbook, and more.

Students gain more from their education when they get more attention from their teachers. We do our best to make sure that students feel connected to their teachers and classes. Our class sizes vary depending on the grade or subject and often have a teacher plus an educational assistant.
